The Philosophy of HUBEX
A hotel at the heart of your travels, crafted for moments like no other.

A hotel that inherits the passage of time and the memories of Akihabara.
The back alleys of Akihabara are a place where complex histories intersect. HUBEX Akihabara deliberately left the foundations of the old buildings that lay dormant here intact, but instead regenerated them as the foundation for a new building. The first-floor lobby is a space where the city's past and present blend together, with greenery coexisting with the remains rising from the ground. The distinctive staircase leading from there to the upper floors is a "vertical street" brimming with vitality. This location, born from the sustainable idea of making use of the remains, offers a special accommodation experience where you can immerse yourself in the city's long timeline.

A Century of Trust, and a Vision for the Next
For more than 105 years the Ono Construction Group has built its reputation on a foundation of trust and long-term commitment. One symbol of our long-term perspective is the forest we steward in Shizuoka Prefecture. Through our wholly owned property management company, the Group maintains approximately 100 hectares of forestland—held not for sale, but as a lasting commitment to the future. Rather than a financial asset, this forest represents one of the Group’s Core Environmental Assets, supporting the philosophy and long-term value behind the properties we develop and manage.
